SC Mechanical Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

• Services
  SC Mechanical provides HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and related services for residential and light commercial customers.
• Estimates & Pricing
  All estimates are based on initial inspection and available information. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during service.
• Deposits & Payments
  A deposit is required to schedule installations or major repairs. Remaining balances are due prior to or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept approved payment methods including card and ACH.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Scheduling & Cancellations
  Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We request notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may result in a service fee.
• Warranties
  Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment. Labor warranties are provided by SC Mechanical as stated on your invoice.

Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

• Limitation of Liability
  SC Mechanical is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to delays, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Payment Processing
  Payments may be processed through third-party providers. By submitting payment, you authorize charges and agree to their terms.
